Precision Shot Design by a Dermatologist

We precisely analyze each patient’s skin thickness, fat volume, and aging pattern to design the optimal shot distribution for each depth: 4.5 mm, 3.0 mm, and 1.5 mm. Even with the same device, results vary depending on who designs the treatment.

4-Step Pain Control System

From numbing cream and nerve block anesthesia to pain-relief injections and sedation anesthesia, our systematic pain control creates an environment focused on treatment results. We do not reduce the number of shots because of pain.

Genuine Device & Genuine Tip Certification

The Other Dermatology is an officially approved Ulthera medical institution and uses only genuine devices and genuine tips. The use of non-genuine tips is one of the major causes of side effects.

Systematic Post-Treatment Care

We keep detailed treatment records and operate an aftercare system that includes follow-up monitoring and additional care.

How is Ultherapy Prime different from the previous Ultherapy?

Upgraded for the first time in 9 years, Ultherapy Prime features significantly improved DeepSEE™ ultrasound imaging. With a 35% larger screen, a 2x expanded ultrasound field, and clear imaging up to 8 mm deep, more precise and effective treatment is possible.

How long does the treatment take, and what is the downtime?

Although it varies depending on the treatment area and number of shots, the procedure is usually completed within 1 hour. An immediate tightening effect can be seen right after treatment, and the effect is maximized over 2–3 months as collagen regeneration progresses. Results may last up to 1 year.

I heard the treatment can be painful. How does The Other manage pain?

The Other Dermatology operates a 4-step pain control system: numbing cream → nerve block anesthesia → pain-relief injection → sedation anesthesia (if needed). We complete the treatment precisely as designed, without reducing the number of shots or compromising treatment quality because of pain.

Will it interfere with my daily life after treatment?

As a non-invasive treatment, you can return to daily life immediately after the procedure. Mild redness or swelling may occur for 1–2 days, but it usually subsides naturally. You can maintain your routine without significant downtime.

I am worried about hollow cheeks as a side effect.

Hollow cheeks usually occur due to excessive energy delivery or inaccurate treatment design. Before treatment, The Other Dermatology precisely analyzes skin thickness and fat volume, then designs the optimal depth and number of shots for each area to minimize the risk of hollow cheeks. Safety is ensured through genuine tip use and direct treatment by a dermatologist.
